Will the scholarship affect the amount of grant money?
Let’s say I’m eligible for a 4,000$ grant, and also eligible to receive an academic scholarship of about 3,000$ a year. I’m planning on going to a college that will cost me around 5,000$ a year.
Will the scholarship affect the amount of grant money I get? If it doesn’t, will I be able to spend the rest of the money on something other than college related, such as car insurance, gas etc.

for the first no the grant is not associated with the scholarship… you will get both… and for the second question, of course you can… you get the money as either a check or direct deposit or however you did that… and the money is yours to spend on whatever… i bought my parents jeep with my grant money… you need the car for school…
