What are some programs that helps students receive Full Scholarships to medical school?

I’ve heard of National Health, but don’t know the full details.
1. What are some ways to get full scholarships?
2. What are some programs
3. Besides loans, what other ways can someone pay for medical school?
Any other medschool tips? or about the Mcat???
