I go to a UC and we go by quarters not semesters, i am currently receiving some financial aid to pay for tuition. What happens to the financial aid money if i graduate two quarters early? the whole year is paid for but what happens to it if a graduate early, do i take other elective classes to use it up, or what?

I plan on going to a UC starting the fall of 2009 and I was wondering how hard would colleges get hit by the crisis. Am I going to get less aid and if yes how much less?
I have been working for a company for the past year and obtained an income substantially good, but still below 10 grand, seeing as I am a full time student. The question I have is regarding my eligibility for financial aid, because of my income combined with my parents, will the colleges (preferably the UC’s) deduct from my financial aid? I heard that for every two dollars you make after 00, a dollar is deducted from your aid. Is this true? Confirm/Deny?
