I have never had financial aid before, but I am now hoping to return to college (in Florida) for spring 2008 and will only be able to do so with the help of financial aid. Is it possible for me to qualify for financial aid in time for the spring semester? If so, when would the deadline be to have all my forms submitted?
In the school year of fall 2004 – spring 2005 I was awarded some money from financial aid to cover my community college expenses. Now I am going back to school and I already paid for my classes this semester. In the past I left school during the spring semester which cause me to have a debt with the school and financial aid as well. Everything is paid off now, but my question is: if I do apply for financial aid this year, will they give me any money?
I found out I made the honor roll list for last semester for my university and I was wondering if its possible i’ll receive any other free grants or money from my college because of my great grades for the past Spring Semester. i’m not eligible for pell grant because of my familys income though.

I want to know of any good places online or companies that provide Scholarships for students. I have applied for Financial Aid and plan to apply for a Student Loan next week when Spring semester begins. I’d like to get some information on Scholarships as well. No idea how it works and a lot of stuff online don’t really make a whole lot of sense. (You have to be Jewish or a Minority or something on most of them that I found)

I received half of my pell grant this fall semester of 09. But I really messed up my grades and might be placed on academic probation for spring 2010. If I am placed on academic probation, will I still receive the rest of my grant for the spring semester? Can you still receive a pell grant if youve been placed on academic probation?
I just need to know, if I don’t start the spring semester, if I need to pay back any of the grants or scholarships or does it start over every semester. I will finish this semester, but am debating on whether or not to start spring semester.

As a result of some unexpected circumstances, I was extremely late in applying for federal financial aid for the 2006-2007 school year. I was awarded only 50.00 for the entire year and I took out an education loan for ,000. After paying tuition, apartment rent, books, and a million other unexpected fees/costs, I am realizing that I am going to have an extremely difficult time making ends meet for the current Spring semester.
