I have received an F in one of my 4 classes in the fall semester and wonder if this affects my grant money…both Cal grant B and Pell grant. Does it affect me the very next grant dispursment? Or would they penalize me for it the next school year?

I am from Latvia and i think about studying 2011/2012 school year in USA. I would like to know witch University, college offer best financial aid for international students.
In the school year of fall 2004 – spring 2005 I was awarded some money from financial aid to cover my community college expenses. Now I am going back to school and I already paid for my classes this semester. In the past I left school during the spring semester which cause me to have a debt with the school and financial aid as well. Everything is paid off now, but my question is: if I do apply for financial aid this year, will they give me any money?
I am double majored and I have completed requirements for one degree and am finishing degree requirements for the second next year. On fafsa form do i need to state that when i begin 2009-10 school year I will be working on second bachelors degree? Or is that only for people who come back after they have already graduated?
I’m a high school freshman, and I’ve been absent 8 days this year. My school has a policy where you can’t have more than 13 unexcused absences per school year. Do scholarship programs look at your absences in order to determine your eligibility, or is it just your GPA and grades? Thank you!
The deadline for financial aid is usually by the end of the school year. So if I get married after the deadline, and my family income drops, what do I do?
I have already filled out my fafsa. I am in Graduate school and have used about 40k in financial aid so far for grad/undergrad. My wife owes about 5k but she is still going to be freshman starting over at Rose State (a junior college). We are married filing jointly and EFC was about 980. What can will we receive for the 2008-2009 school year?
Also, is the cap for us as a couple, or will they "cap" us separately at individual limits?
As a result of some unexpected circumstances, I was extremely late in applying for federal financial aid for the 2006-2007 school year. I was awarded only 50.00 for the entire year and I took out an education loan for ,000. After paying tuition, apartment rent, books, and a million other unexpected fees/costs, I am realizing that I am going to have an extremely difficult time making ends meet for the current Spring semester.
I applied late for financial aid a few months back. I was given aid for fall and spring Im assuming for 2009. Well winter semester is starting as well as the new year do i submit another application for the new school year. Help Ive never handeled my fafsa on my own..
