I have received an F in one of my 4 classes in the fall semester and wonder if this affects my grant money…both Cal grant B and Pell grant. Does it affect me the very next grant dispursment? Or would they penalize me for it the next school year?
I have already been notified that i wll receive 50 from the pell grant.But it also says that it depends on the cost of attendance. Will this number go up if i am attending a more expensive university?

I am enrolled for college, going 12 credit hours, and with all the fees I’ve added up, tuition, parking, etc., my bill will be ,242. But with my 0 award and pell grant, it says I will be accepting ,457.
So will I get that money in check form mailed to my address? Or if it’s left over, in the state of Indiana, if I don’t use it I lose it?

I’m a 38 year old stay home mom. I would like to go to school, but and would like to get financial aid. Do you think I have a chance to get a pell grant? We’re a family of 3 and I would be the only one up to now to go to school (college), we have an income of 35,000 anually.

Disregarding my actual financial status right now – How much dollars from grants, at the most total, can the FAFSA offer a student, over 6 years? That includes but I don’t think is limited to the Pell Grant, FSEOG, ACG, Teacher Grant.
So, add up how much possible grants, for every year, for six years, and that’s the total. Anyone know for sure the amount?

I received a PELL grant , although I have not got any of the money yet. Is the amount they give me going to be based on the number of units I am taking , or is all the money I was awarded mine, no matter what?
