I have heard that one can get grants if you are minority and i’m half middle eastern so would that count? does anyone know where i could go to look for grants or scholarships or both!?! I’ve looked on various sites and they all are trying to get you to buy something first
Like I go to a private school right now on a half scholarship from the school but… we don’t really have enough money to even cover that. So I was wondering if there was a place or website that gave grants or money to students to attend a private school. Thanks!

Did I not earn those grants as well as the scholarships?
I am a junior in high school and need to find a few scholarships or grants. Please help me, i dont have any money for school and dont have any parents, so no one help pay for my schooling.
I am making a complete change of career. I have looked into various grants and scholarships but because I am not a high school senior and because I already have a bachelor’s degree, I don’t qualify for a lot of stuff out there. Why is this? If they think I should use my degree to put myself through classes, I can’t. I would have to work away from the town where my school is, work 50 to 60 hours a week, and work during the time when the classes I need are scheduled.
Remember, I am talking grants and scholarships..The FAFSA I have already gotten but you have to pay that back and there is only enough to pay for tuition and a couple of books. I have to take a full 16-20 credits at once of science classes (thus I can’t work). I am trying for vet school and they want to see that I can handle a tough load and still get A’s.
I got nothing off Fast Web..a joke. I filled out numerous scholarship apps. and nothing
doesn’t take grants so they said something about getting a grant that gives you the money. Does anyone know of one or how to find one.
I am looking for programs offered by the state or privatly that offer grants or scholarships other than Fasfa. Do you know of any?
My family has recently run into financial troubles and I need more financial aid from the community colleges I’m looking at (grants, scholarships, etc). What is the best way to ask for more financial aid from a school? What should I mention in my letter? Any other tips you can suggest?
