I really want to go to northeastern, and they offered me a few scholarships, grants, and loans and such, but it’s still not enough for me to be able to afford the school. Is there anything i could do to get more, or is that done? could i call up the financial aid office or something and they’d help me, or is that not gonna work?

I am working on a training session for frontline financial aid office personnel and want to hear what you think about customer service in financial aid. Is it good? Why? Is it bad? Why?

I’m 24, married and a mother. I’m also pretty broke. Any scholership programs and grants are good too. I asked the financial aid office at the school but they are so busy I didn’t get much of an answer. I also live in Nebraska. I don’t know where to begin looking. Thanks!

I just turned in my documents that I needed to turn in today. Proof of my citizenship into my financial aid office. My EFC is 0. My aid is for this summer. I’m just starting college this summer and want to know how soon will I receive my aid after everything is turned in ???

My tuition and books total is about 6.00 for this summer. Do you think I’ll get a refund on my financial aid if my EFO is 0 ??

Thanks a bunch !!!

Or do I need to make copies of all the pages? Can’t I just take the original to them and get them back from them? Or does the financial aid office usually keep them, for like record and stuff?

I have been in school for a whole quarter, and I know I have received two types of financial aid (HOPE and PELL), but I was never told how much of either of them I would be getting. I never received an award letter from the financial aid office at my school. I want to know if it is a requirement for them to send award letters, or somehow inform me on the types of financial aid I’ll be getting.

Who do i contact when a college denies financial aid to a student when the student is making satisfactory progress. They have asked the financial aid office to reconsider there progress, but they are not re-establishing the student’s aid.
