I will be a foreign exchange student to Switzerland and I am wondering if there are any grants or scholarships available, the problem is, I am still in high school, and the only grants/scholarships I can find are for college students!
I was offered to illustrate a children’s book last week, and the book is going to be published. College professors and scouts, also any art college students: on a scale of 1-10, how good would this look on an art college application?

Did he lay out any specific plans to for college financial aid? If so, what does he plan to do? Is he going to increase federal grant money for college students?
I need specifics. Did he say anything about the issue or not?
