I’ve been running a website for the past few years about global warming. Should I include this in a college application, or is that not something the college admissions officers would care about?
I’ve been running a website for the past few years about global warming. Should I include this in a college application, or is that not something the college admissions officers would care about?
We are looking for a print or online directory of US College Admissions officers
Ideally this directory would have names, school names and e-mail or web addresses.
Thanks for any help you may have with this..
I read somewhere that people like college admissions officers can look at student’s Facebook pages, and sometimes it can have a positive effect on whether you get in or not, like if you seem like a happy and well-rounded person with a healthy and balanced life. I have my Facebook page set so only people I add as friends can see it. Do college admissions officers have some kind of a way around private profiles or something? Or can they only see it if I’m Facebook friends with them?
Thank youu!:)
Does it look better to college admissions officers if I continue to volunteer with a "less prestigious" nursing home which I started volunteering at during freshman year. Or should I move on to volunteer at a "prestigious" hospital. I know colleges like consistency and dedication but what do you think? Should I move on to the hospital or stay at the nursing home?
