Less than a week after turning 30, I will be returning to college. Obviously, it has been quite a while since I have really had to worry about finding funding for school. Where can I find money?
I’m most interested in grants so that I can make my car payment and other bills while in school.
I’m not going to graduate school, I’m working on my bachelors.

My husband (32) has decided to go to school to get his bachelors. He’s starting at the beginning and we have a two year old and a baby coming. Any suggestions on how to get a grant. Problem is that last years tax return shows too good to get one the traditional way, but his year has been really bad for us. (that’s why he’s decided to change directions). We really need that financial help to get him through, but we can’t seem to find the way. Any suggestions?

I plan on going back to school for a second bachelors this fall and possible professional school after that. I get just enough financial aid right now to cover all my tuition costs. Next fall though I have plans to get married. Will that reduce my student aid since my wife would be expected to assist in paying my tuition (which would not be the case)?

Ok, so I have went to college for 2 years and received my Associates degree. I want to get my bachelors but have struggled over what school to attend. I think I made a bad choice in my college selection and I want to take a semester off to really think about what school to attend. Would I lose my aid? Thanks!

I decided that I am going to go to the extended campus of SDSU in my small town for my Bachelors Then I am going to another extended campus of another college in Palm Desert. The college of San Bernardino My question is how long will it take to pay off the loans. I don’t think it will be as much since they are extended and close by, plus I would still be living for home.

I’m working on my 2nd bachelors, didn’t receive a pell grant last year when i started working on the 2nd degree. Now, I just emailed my school to see if I was eligible for aid and when I would receive my award letter. I got a response saying I was eligible for a pell grant and other aid. What’s this all about? I didn’t think you were.? Are there new rules about pell grants this year?
