Is there a type of financial assistance for pregnant/ mothers of newborn child in Wisconsin?
I am 7 months pregnant and have only 10 weeks to go before I have the baby. I have to move to a new apartment and receive section 8 rental assistance. I have no income at all and am trying to get approved for disability payments. Is there any type of financial assistance to help me pay my share of rent and pay for diapers, etc. for the baby? I live in Wisconsin.

I live in Wisconsin too, there is wic, that will help you with food for you and when the baby is born food for the baby (still food for you if you breastfeed, formula if you formula feed).
There aren’t places that help with the rent after section 8 or diapers/baby stuff but you can go to your local church, salvation army or red cross for help…
In Arkansas there is a program called WIC. Check with your local health dept. They will have all the answers.
of course there is WIC, its a government Program, you can also get finacial assitance thru your state, http://www.wisconsin.gov/state/core/assistance.html go onto this website, amd call your local office aslo have you heard of access? There is food stamps also, trust me there is alot of stuff out there to help you.
