I have been invited to be a Student Ambassador, but it cost to much. Is there financial assistance? ?
I really want to go to England and Scotland, but my parents and I can’t afford it. It’s really expensive. I was nominated by several people, and I want to go, is there financial assistance? And how much would they take off the price?

Sounds like one of those "people to people" things. Those "nominations" are pretty much a scam and thousands of those letters are sent out all the time. My exchange students have actually been sent those — after they’ve returned home!
A much better use of your money would be to take a semester, or preferably a year, abroad with an legitimate exchange student program such as YFU, AFS or Rotary. Rotary is the cheapest, but the others also offer scholarships.
Don’t waste your money unless you just want a fun "vacation" experience. It is NOT an exchange experience!
