Looking to attend a community college soon for Infromation Technology. I am a single parent so I am looking to spend the least amount as possible.

Go to FAFSA.gov http://www.fafsa.gov
For private grants, you may want to check the Foundation Center’s Foundation Grants for Individuals Online http://gtionline.fdncenter.org . It’s a subscription based website ($9.95 per month) but their opening blurb only says that the database is ideal for "students, artists, academic researchers, libraries and financial aid offices."
Go to the public library and ask for their book of scholarships and grants. There are usually 2 different ones: huge huge books filled with grants and scholarships offered by private companies. Usually these books can’t be checked out, so brings lots of papers and expect to be in the library for a couple of hours.
