Grant money for expansion of a Real Estate office?
I work in an EXIT realty franchise in Ohio. I have been asked to do some research into grant money and government aid for Real Estate businesses looking to expand/renovate etc. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

There’s no such thing as grant money for a profit making business or company. Don’t even bother looking. NO such thing!
You need to reinvest your internally generated profits, or borrow against your cashflow. However, small business loans are nearly impossible to come by these days. Nobody is lending. Since you are in real estate, you ought to know better than anyone what the banking & finance climate is like these days!
